This is the second consecutive year that we've spent the holidays at AC Hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. The location is great, safely walkable to Parque de los Novios with plenty of local food and entertainment. More importantly, Jonathan and his staff are attentive, kind, and professional. Quite frankly, they are the main reason we go back every year in addition to the facilities and location. We look forward to our next stay with our new AC Hotel "family" later this year.

I loved the cleanliness of the whole property and room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived early before our checkin and they offered to store our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready and ate lunch. The staff also helped us book safe taxis to get around the city. The amenities were also fantastic! My husband and I will absolutely come back to the AC Hotel next time we’re in Santa Marta.

It is what you would expect of a Marriott, great service, super comfortable beds, extremely nice pool area. Extremely clean , great views from room and 3 blocks from main park and steps away from the Marina where all tours to Tayrona sail from.
